I've had some fantastic results with footballers, I would love to get involved with one of the big teams in the country. The last young footballer I saw has become a bit of star of the team and regularly plays up an age group. Any top footballers or clubs want to give it a try?
It may all help with self confidence, controlling anxiety under pressure or something as simple as relaxation. As we know a relaxed muscle is so much more effective. My young footballer I treated reported that it almost felt so in control that the ball became an extension to his lower limbs.
