I can liken this year to a Formula 1 race - lots of twists and turns, fast paced and amazing rewards at the end. Last weekend, while most of us were celebrating the Jubilee, I went up to London but to invest some time and money training in hypnotherapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This condition affects many more people than we dare to imagine. I am hoping that combining this with my sports therapy / hypnotherapy skills will help so many people, but if it just makes a difference to one person then the course will have been worthwhile.
I went to Matt Roberts studio in Chelsea this week to be briefed by Vicky on a new and extremely exciting project I am involved in in Central London. Watch this space. It all starts in the next couple of weeks and is linked to the new Matt Roberts 'Training with You' programme in association with Conviviality.
Saturday was spent with the Bright FM Team in St Johns Park, taking part in 'It's a knockout' as part of 'Team Sussex Living'. Team efforts meant we came a respectable 3rd out of 8, a great day out fun of full and water!
What's planned for the following week? On Tuesday I'll be sitting down with my accountants to set up the new limited company. With only two weeks to go until it launches it feels like that chequered flag at the race.
The end of the week I'm off to Portugal to look at a Spa out there, who knows I might think about taking my business Europe-wide, I like to keep all options open.
Of course Monday will start with my usual coffee at my favourite coffee shop in East Grinstead, the New York Coffee Club shop. Looking forward to trying the new Brighton shop when it opens!
