Last year it was 21 degrees, we’ll be lucky if we see 3 degrees later this evening. Definitely not time to put those winter woollies away yet. Whilst out for a walk today with hat, scarf, coat and thermals, I was looking around as I walk at all the wild plants in suspension.
Bluebells desperately holding onto their blooms and buds on trees staying tightly closed. Do we hold onto things too long sometimes? How many times have you held onto a thought and allowed it to eat into you for way too long?
Hypnotherapy can help to unlock those damaged trails of thought patterns and help to create new pathways and fresh outlooks on the walk of life.

We can think of ourselves as an acorn just being planted in the ground, nutured and protected to provide us with the best start we could ever have asked for and given every opportunity to grow into whatever size and shape we want.
I am now that small sapling breaking through the surface and reaching up for the sky.
Now there may be times on the way when my journey is prevented from going in a certain direction, but the most amazing trees, especially the great Oaks, are the ones with the twists and turns and shapes, which act as protection for other forms of life.
Along the way leaves will fall and some branches may break, but this will only add to the uniqueness of the journey.
People can choose to shelter under my canopy along the way, if they wish, before heading off on their own individual journey. My aim is to help individuals and to provide them with the tools to plant that first seed and encourage them to watch it grow.
Who knows eventually we may have a forest!
